How Much Does Bounce House Delivery Cost? A Guide from Clown Around Party Rental
One of the first questions parents ask when planning a party is what it costs to get a bounce house delivered. The honest answer: delivery is priced for each event, because it depends mostly on how far your party is from us and what you’re renting. Here’s how it works at Clown Around Party Rental, so you know what to expect before you call.
Where We Deliver From
Clown Around is family-owned and has been bringing bounce houses to North Texas parties since 1999. We deliver from our locations in Trenton, McKinney and Sherman, and we serve Collin, Grayson, Fannin, Lamar and Dallas counties, the wider Dallas-Fort Worth area, and Durant and Southern Oklahoma.
What Affects Your Delivery Cost
- Distance from our nearest location. Parties close to Trenton, McKinney or Sherman cost the least to deliver. The farther out your event is, the more drive time goes into the trip.
- What you’re renting. A standard bounce house is quicker to deliver and set up than a large obstacle course or a big water slide.
- Adding more to the same trip. If you rent a bounce house plus a combo, games or concessions, it all comes out on one delivery.
What Delivery Includes
Delivery with Clown Around isn’t just a drop-off. Our crew brings a clean, sanitized, inspected inflatable along with the blower that keeps it inflated, sets it up in your chosen spot, anchors it, and makes sure everything is working before your guests arrive. When the party is over, we come back and take it all down. You don’t have to lift or clean anything.
How to Get the Most From Your Rental
- Book early. Spring and summer weekends fill up fast, and booking ahead gives you the best choice of units and delivery times.
- Bundle what you need. Getting everything on one delivery keeps things simple. A combo bounce house with a slide can also take the place of two separate units.
- Have the space ready. A clear, flat setup area and an outlet nearby make setup quick and easy.
Safety Comes First
Every bounce house rental is cleaned and inspected before it goes out, and our trained delivery team anchors it properly and walks you through the basic safety rules at setup.
