Best Rentals for HOA and Community Events
Bounce Houses and Combo Units
Bounce houses are the backbone of any neighborhood event with families and young children. They keep kids occupied for extended periods, give parents room to relax and connect with their neighbors, and create an instant sense of fun that draws people in from the moment they arrive.
Water Slides
For summer community events in Texas, water slides are essential. They are one of the top requests we get for HOA pool parties, summer block parties, and Fourth of July celebrations. Kids love them, and they make your event feel like a true summer destination rather than just another neighborhood gathering.
Inflatable Slides
Dry slides are a great option for spring and fall community events when water activities are not the right fit for the weather. They give kids a thrilling activity without the need for a change of clothes and work in a wide range of neighborhood settings.
Carnival Games
Carnival game booths are a fantastic addition to community events because they appeal to a wide age range and create natural gathering points throughout your event area. They are low-maintenance once set up and can be staffed by HOA volunteers.
Trackless Trains
A trackless train gives your neighborhood event something truly special. Kids love riding through the neighborhood or event space, and it creates an unforgettable visual element that makes your event feel like a real community celebration. It is one of the most talked-about rentals we offer for residential events.
Life-Size Games
Life-size versions of classic yard games are perfect for HOA events because they appeal to adults and older kids alike. They create casual social interaction without any pressure, which is exactly what you want when you are trying to get neighbors who may not know each other well to start talking.
Movie Screens
An outdoor movie night is one of the most beloved community event formats in residential neighborhoods. A movie screen rental paired with a concession setup makes for a relaxed, memorable evening that brings residents of all ages together. It is especially popular for holiday events and summer nights.
Food and Concessions
Concession rentals bring the feel of a neighborhood fair to any community event. Popcorn machines, snow cone makers, and cotton candy machines are easy to run, universally loved, and make your event feel complete. They pair especially well with outdoor movie nights and summer block parties.
Tables, Chairs, and Tents
Comfortable seating and shade are essential for any outdoor community event in Texas. Our table, chair, and tent rentals ensure your residents have a comfortable place to sit, eat, and spend time together throughout the event.
HOA Event Planning Tips
Know Your Neighborhood’s Demographics
The right mix of rentals depends heavily on who lives in your neighborhood. A community with a lot of young families will get maximum value from inflatables, water slides, and trackless trains. A neighborhood with more adults and older residents may get more out of life-size games, movie screens, and concessions. The best events have something for everyone.
Use a Common Area or Cul-de-Sac
Most HOA events work best in a designated common area, park, or a closed cul-de-sac. Make sure you have the necessary HOA board approval and any required permits before your event date. For street closures, check with your local municipality about what is required.
Give Residents Advance Notice
Community events are most successful when residents have time to plan around them. Send announcements at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance, and include information about the activities you have planned. Knowing there will be a bounce house and water slide is a strong motivator for families to show up.
Prepare for Texas Heat
Summer community events in DFW require planning around the heat. Water activities, tent rentals for shade, and timing your event for the late afternoon or early evening all make a big difference in comfort. If your event starts at midday in July, be prepared with water stations and shade.
Book Before You Announce the Date
Once you send out community announcements with a date, you have made a commitment. Lock in your rentals before you publicize the event so you are not scrambling to find equipment after residents are already expecting a specific experience.
