The following are the most commonly asked questions about Inflatable Party Rentals products and services.

Do you deliver and set up?

Absolutely! We provide delivery and set-up of all of our inflatables. Our prompt courteous drivers will deliver and set up each inflatable and insure that it is clean and in proper working condition well before your event starts and come back to take it down after your event is over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes for bounce houses and 15-25 minutes for larger inflatable, and take down is about 15-20 minutes.

Are the units clean & sanitized?

Yes they are! Our units are sanitized before every rental. Cleanliness is part of safety. We clean our inflatables, and all our equipment (concession, tables, chairs, etc). We are committed to making sure your children are playing in a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

What type of surface can the product be placed on?

The safest surface is always a grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper tarps and anchors for your event. Clown Around Party Rental WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SUCH AS SPRINKLERS/IRRIGATION.

What if I have to cancel?

No problem! Just give us a call, we do not charge a cancellation fee but please note that the deposit that was paid is non-refundable but can be used within *1 year of the event date the unit was booked & can be used at any time within that 1 year. We would appreciate as much notice as possible so we have a chance to rent your Bounce Houses and/or other Inflatables to someone else. *(individual birthday parties have 1 year to use the deposit, events have 6 months to use their deposit)

Weather Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/WEATHER POLICY- IF A RESERVATION OR CERTAIN RESERVED ITEMS ARE CANCELLED OR REMOVED FROM A PACKAGED CONTRACT THEN 100% OF THE AMOUNT PAID FOR ITEMS AS INDIVIDUALLY PRICED IS NON-REFUNDABLE & VALID AS A CREDIT FOR 1 CALENDAR YEAR FOR INDIVIDUAL/RESIDENTIAL RENTALS & 6 MONTH CREDIT FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS. RESCHEDULING: A MAXIMUM OF BEING ABLE TO MOVE YOUR EVENT 2 TIMES (AMOUNT PAID CANNOT BE SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE DATES/EVENTS). *EVENTS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48HRS OF EVENT START TIME (NOT DUE TO WEATHER RELATED ISSUES) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE USED TOWARDS ANOTHER DATE FOR YOUR EVENT. **WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 24HRS BEFORE EVENT START TIME AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT MAY BE USED TOWARDS ANOTHER DATE FOR YOUR EVENT WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT DATE. IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 24HRS THE AMOUNT PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE & CANNOT BE USED TOWARDS RESCHEDULING ANOTHER EVENT. Cancellations can not be done by email, only by phone to 972-832-5867.

Is there a deposit required?

Yes, for individual rentals we require a deposit of $25-$100 depending on the inflatable rented. For large events we require a 50% deposit. All Deposits are Non-Refundable. In case there is as need to cancel or reschedule the deposit amount paid is valid for 6 months - 1 year of the date the unit was booked & can be used at any time within that 1 year. Individual birthday parties are valid for 1 year, Events are valid for 6 months.

Are they safe?

YES! All of our Inflatables are constructed to be as safe as possible. As with any activity involving children, an adult should always supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Bounce Houses and other Inflatables. All of our Bounce Houses and some of the other Inflatables are covered for weather protection (direct sunlight & light rain) and the Bounce Houses have netting on all four sides to allow for easy visibility and air circulation.

How do I reserve one?

Simple! Call (903)989-2824 or 972-832-5867 and one of our courteous, knowledgeable party coordinators will help reserve your Inflatable items and/or Party Packages and gladly answer any questions you might have to make your special day easier on you!

What kind of power is required?

All of our products plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the extension cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the wall outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the product should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, please let us know and we can bring a generator for a minimum charge. Clown Around Party Rental is not responsible for providing appropriate electrical power. The power requirements for each piece of equipment is one dedicated 20amp 110v circuit unless the party coordinator makes you aware that more power is needed, and it is the renters responsibility to insure. The delivery crew will make sure the rented items are working properly before leaving. Once the rented items are ready and working properly Clown Around Party Rental WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ELECTRICAL ISSUES.

How much room do I need?

When you call to reserve your bounce house, slide and/or other Inflatables. We will gladly let you know the dimensions for the particular inflatable you will be renting and it is the renters responsibility to ensure the area is large enough to accommodate the inflatable. If the area is not large enough for the inflatable that is rented, no refunds will be given and full payment is expected as you have reserved that unit and taken it out of inventory where it cannot be rented to another person.
